Monthly Feature

Ah love is open and you are invited to taste fresh olive oils and rich balsamic vinegars in The Village at Shirlington.

This month we feature the Fusti.  Fusti is Italian for tank and it is an airtight, stainless steel container holding our fresh and delicious oils and vinegars.  Use of the Fusti, containing a small spout, allows you to taste each and every one of our elixirs while keeping the oils and vinegars fresh and untainted by too much oxygen.  We will fill a bottle for you on the premises right from the fusti ensuring you take home the freshest olive oil and most vibrant balsamic vinegar you're ever tasted.
