Porcini mushrooms are famous in Italian cuisine. The word
porcini means piglet in Italian and it is prized for its
nutty flavor, rich taste and high protein content. It is
ideal for adding a meaty component to vegetarian dishes.
If you want the nutty taste of these funghi without the
shopping and chopping, drizzle Ah love Porcini Olive Oil
over your favorite food.
